A briefing should know what it does not know.

OperatorOS uses current store records to prepare a briefing without starting a visit. Metrics are screened by the period they represent—not simply by the day somebody entered them.

Current-period guard

Monthly data must represent the current month. During the first seven days of a new month, the completed prior month may appear with its period clearly shown. Weekly data ages out after 21 days.

Source is visible

Metric cards and briefing context distinguish Connected AI, imported, manual, and source-not-recorded entries. OperatorOS does not silently claim that an older record came from your AI.

New data invalidates the brief

A metric write clears the affected store’s generated briefing and summary. The app also detects records newer than the cached brief before reusing it.

No old-data guessing

If no eligible metric is available, the brief says current metric data is unavailable. It does not carry a number forward from a prior brief.

Not seeing new AI data?

  1. 1. Ask your AI explicitly to save the record in OperatorOS.
  2. 2. Approve the proposed write.
  3. 3. Confirm a receipt under Recent AI writes.
  4. 4. Reopen or refresh the store briefing.
