What is the AI Connector?
The AI Connector lets you use your OperatorOS data with any AI platform that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) — including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. Your store data, visit history, commitments, KPIs, and team information become available to your preferred AI for deeper analysis, custom reports, and natural language queries.
How is OperatorOS different from Zenput or Zipline?
Unlike Zenput (now Crunchtime) and Zipline which are enterprise platforms requiring IT deployment and per-seat contracts, OperatorOS is a personal tool built by someone who does the job. It's $9.99/month, runs on your iPhone, and you can start using it in minutes — no corporate rollout needed. Plus, you can connect your data to any AI platform through the AI Connector.
Does OperatorOS work offline?
Yes. OperatorOS stores data locally on your device and syncs to the cloud when connected. You can record visits, add commitments, and take notes even without cell service — everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) under your authenticated account. Audio recordings are processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition — audio files are never uploaded to any server. Only transcriptions are sent to AI for analysis. All data is scoped to your account and encrypted in transit.
Does OperatorOS support CarPlay?
Yes. OperatorOS has built-in CarPlay support for navigating to your stores while driving. Your store list appears on your car's display with one-tap navigation.
Is there a web version?
Yes. Pro subscribers get access to the web companion app at operatoros.app, which includes a full dashboard with stores, visits, KPIs, commitments, interviews, and meetings. The web app syncs with your iOS app in real time.
What devices are supported?
OperatorOS requires iOS 17 or later and runs on iPhone. Your data syncs across all your Apple devices. The web companion app works in any modern browser.
