By downloading, installing, or using OperatorOS or Interview Assistant (collectively "the Apps," individually "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps. These terms apply to all apps published by Alex Pollock, including OperatorOS (field operations management) and Interview Assistant (interview recording and analysis).
OperatorOS is a field operations management app for retail leaders. It provides store visit tracking, AI-powered recording summaries, interview analysis, commitment tracking, daily briefs, and related productivity features. OperatorOS is available on iOS and as a web companion at operatoros.app.
Interview Assistant is a standalone interview recording and analysis app for hiring managers. It provides intelligent interview recording, transcript-based AI analysis with ratings, custom interview guides, and PDF report generation. Interview Assistant is available on iOS.
Our Apps offer free tiers with core features and Pro subscriptions that unlock AI-powered features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
You must create an account to use the Apps. OperatorOS supports sign-in with Apple, Google, or email and password. Interview Assistant supports Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create in our Apps, including store data, visit notes, interview recordings, transcriptions, photos, and other materials. By using the Apps, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending transcriptions to AI services for analysis).
Our Apps use artificial intelligence (via Anthropic) to generate visit summaries, interview analyses, meeting summaries, daily briefs, and other insights. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist your decision-making and should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.
Audio recordings are processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition. Audio files are not uploaded to any server. Only text transcriptions are sent to AI services for analysis. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before recording conversations, in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

You may delete your data at any time from the Settings tab in the applicable App. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Apps and their creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
