Applies to OperatorOS and Interview Assistant
Our apps (OperatorOS and Interview Assistant) collect the minimum data necessary to provide their functionality. This includes your account information (name, email), store data you enter, visit recordings and transcriptions, interview recordings and analyses, and other content you create. All data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) under your authenticated account.
Audio recordings for store visits, interviews, and meetings are processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Audio files remain on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Transcriptions may be sent to Anthropic for AI-powered analysis only after you provide explicit consent within the app.
Our apps use Anthropic, a third-party AI service provider, to power intelligent analysis features. Before any data is sent to Anthropic, the app asks for your explicit consent. You can revoke this consent at any time in the app's Settings under "AI Data & Privacy."
