OperatorOS collects the minimum data necessary to provide the app's functionality. This includes your account information (name, email), store data you enter, visit recordings and transcriptions, and interview data. All data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) under your authenticated account.
Audio recordings for store visits, interviews, and one-on-one meetings are processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Transcriptions are sent to OpenAI for AI analysis only when you initiate a recording. Audio files remain on your device and are not uploaded to any server.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with user-scoped security rules. Only you can access your data. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.
You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings tab in the app. You can also request data deletion by contacting us at support@operatoros.app.
